Kirmichael Rae L.L.C. is a service company. Our priority is client service and respect. History
KMR has been in business since 1998. The principals leverage an industry and Tier-1 management consulting career, specializing in performing Service & Performance Audits for the Services industries. The company leverages surveying, sampling and analysis techniques learned at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. KMR has real time practicum with Booz Allen & Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) — management consulting experienced in service management, organizational assessment and process improvement. In addition we have also worked in PwC’s Outsourcing Business, managing Performance Measurement, a role that utilized a variety of statistical analysis tools and Six Sigma to identify non-conformance and improve service delivery.
